If the work performed by FMWRD for you was not in conformance with the contract between you and FMWRD, please contact the FMWRD office, or contact our Customer Service Department at 630-301-6881 within 14 calendar days from the date your claim for nonperformance arose.
Upon receipt of a claim of nonperformance, we will work with you to attempt to resolve the claim. If we determine that the work has not been performed in conformance with the contract between you and FMWRD, we will either perform the work so that it is in conformance with the contract or will refund the amount paid for work not completed in conformance with the contract.
